APPLY TO BE A MENTEE
The Deloitte Women’s Initiative for Leadership Learning (WILL) is a year-long program. The program requires a minimum commitment of one contact between mentor and mentee per month. Contacts may be in the form of email, phone calls or in-person visits, but it is expected that both parties agree to at least two in-person visits per year.

BASIC MENTEE CONDITIONS:

Female and resident of the province of Alberta
Priority will be given to students in the final year of a post secondary program but, should program space permit, every effort will be made to match all students and professionals with 2 years experience or less who apply
Available for a minimum of one contact per month and at least two in-person meetings per year

I am an Albertan and live in Calgary. I fit the final year requirement but I learn on-line via Royal Roads in Victoria. Does this mean I do not fit the requirements?

Kari, on-line/distance learners do qualify, as long as they meet the other criteria of the program.

I have 23 years business/management experience and sit on a few boards and non-profit committees – however I am looking to bring my business knowledge to a higher level interested in connecting with a senior executive.
