But the inclination that the lawyer and founder of Cambridge Strategies Inc. shows towards consensus building and reconciliation, not to mention his dedication to mastering new media, mark him as a more highly evolved member of the typically noisy and rancorous tribe. Chapman’s dedication to the public interest, both through his political work and his volunteer efforts, earned him the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal in 2004. |
