The Alberta Venture Stock Picking Contest

Think you’ve got what it takes to be crowned Alberta’s best stock picker? Well, here’s your chance.

The rules are simple: every contestant picks two Alberta-based stocks from our Venture 250 (one from the top 25 companies, and the other from the rest of the list) and the one with whose portfolio generates the highest overall return (not inclusive of dividends) between October 1 and February 1, 2013, is crowned champion and featured on our website.

We’re also working feverishly on creating a platform that will allow you to see the results – yours, along with everyone else’s – and allow you to share it on your social networks. In other words, we’ll give you a way to really exercise those bragging rights.
