Alberta Venture Releases the Exclusive Results of its 2010 Business Conditions Survey
Edmonton, Alberta (October 1, 2010) – Alberta Venture has polled Alberta’s business community to get its take on the province’s 2011 economic outlook. Compiled and tabulated by the editors of Alberta Venture, the exclusive October issue results of the 2010 Business Conditions Survey present a definitive record of current ideas and attitudes of Alberta’s business leaders.
“There has been a lot of uncertainty following the recession and riding the road to recovery,” says Alberta Venture editor Paul Marck. “Alberta Venture’s 2010 Business Conditions Survey offers not only authoritative opinion from Alberta’s business leaders, but serves as an economic roadmap into next year and beyond. Readers will find the results surprising.”
Through an online survey, business leaders from across Alberta were solicited for their opinions on key issues ranging from general business climate, financing, government regulation and taxation to the environment and labour supply. These results were then compared to Alberta Venture’s 2005 benchmark survey to provide a sense of how things have changed as well as where members of Alberta’s business community feel they are headed. The end product is a robust report that delivers readers an inside view on the business issues that matter to them.
