Apr 7, 2014

Students’ Union Building (SUB)

The University of Alberta Students’ Union is looking for proposals from organizations interested in operating retail outlets in the Students’ Union Building (SUB) and/or the new Physical Activity & Wellness (PAW) Centre.

SUB attracts about 25,000 people daily in the school year and is currently being renovated to open up the lower level and extend the building toward the adjacent PAW Centre in the Physical Education building. PAW – featuring a world-class climbing centre and a range of student services – is expected to be a key student social centre.

Physical Activity & Wellness (PAW) Centre

More information about the SUB Renovation Project is available here; information on the PAW Centre is available here.

Leases for several spaces will be available: proposals for various outlets will be considered, including optical, dental or similar services, as well as wellness-related services.

RFP packages are available now; interested parties can request one by contacting Margriet Tilroe-West at 780 492 4241.
