Enterprise Value A measure of a company’s value, calculated by adding market capitalization, debt, minority interest and preferred shares, and subtracting total cash and cash equivalents.

Trailing Price-to-Earnings (P/E) The sum of a company’s price-to-earnings. It is calculated by dividing the current stock price by trailing earnings per share for the past year.

Trailing Twelve Months (TTM) The last 12 months.

Intraday Price Movements during the span of a day.

Price-to-Book Ratio A ratio comparing a stock’s market value to its book value. It is also known as the price-quality ratio. Price-to-book ratio is calculated by dividing the current closing price of the stock by the latest quarter’s book.

Most Recent Quarter (MRQ) The measurement of a performance metric using data from a previous quarter. Often used to figure out how a metric has changed over time.

Revenue per Share A ratio of the total revenue earned per share over a 12-month period. It can be calculated by dividing total earned revenue in a fiscal year by the average of shares outstanding for that fiscal year.

52-Week Change The change in a company’s stock price over the last 52 weeks.
