Alberta’s Best Workplaces conference features world class speakers, informative sessions and workshops on key human resources issues facing managers today.

 The Conference: “Building High Performance Employees”

This year’s conference is themed around fostering and creating high performance employees. We’ll explore what it takes to develop greatness in your staff and how creating the right environment is key to having a healthy, happy, and productive team.

Beckie Scott is the first Canadian, and the first North American woman, to ever win an Olympic Medal in cross-country skiing. She retired in 2006 and has become an accomplished, dynamic, and inspirational speaker, focusing on teamwork, leadership and overcoming adversity. Her motivating presentations have incredible lessons to help us with personal growth and in our professional careers.

How can you unite your multi-generational workplace to a common goal? What generational issues can you ignore, and which ones need close attention? We’ll explore this sticky issue in detail.

Jay Ball, President & CEO of Junior Achievement of Northern Alberta & NWT – Radical HR Speaker
